Objective: Educate consumers and store associates about deck and porch railings
Execution: R solutions performed a complete planogram overhaul, making the bay more shoppable and adding informational materials that educate consumers and store associates, thereby facilitating sales. An in-bay beam flip book, “How-To” tear pads and additional product support achieved the client’s objective while conforming to all Lowe’s Multi Lingual Visual Merchandising standards.
Creating shoppability within the planogram, which not only helps with inventory turns but also creates a destination experience in-bay, results in comp store top line growth and success at retail.
