Client: The Sherwin-Williams Co.® Project: Stir Up Sales Local Store Marketing Resource Objective: Pull together a wide variety of Local Store Marketing programs under a single umbrella to maximize usage and efficiency Execution: All of The Sherwin-Williams’ Co. current store marketing programs were converted to one uniform format and combined into a single resource. This made access to tools simple and the process for fulfilling store marketing requests more efficient. A binder format was distributed to every store in the Midwest Stores Division and introduced during an initial store manager training. This format allows for future updates without making the binder and still-current resources obsolete. Stores can receive updated information packets and inserts as needed. |
